NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 019310 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WHIZZ HOWARD; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; KATHY HOWARD; CHRISTINE JOLLY, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PETRA HALL, DECEASED; KATHY HOWARD; RICHARD M. WHEELOCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD M. WHEELOCK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST HALF OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY; COMMENCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AND THE RANGE LINE IN THE CENTER OF OLD BRADENTON ROAD; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE QUARTER LINE 627 FEET; THENCE NORTH 164 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 134 FEET; THENCE EAST 298.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 134 FEET; THENCE WEST 298.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING PART OF BLOCK 11, OF AN UNRECORDED PLAT OF ARMSTRONG ACRES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
