NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-12661, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES is the Plaintiff and CARL J MCINTYRE; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INCORPORATED; DONNA TATE-MCINTYRE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1857, 39TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 AT PAGES 14, 14A THROUGH 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
