NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-10695, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE, LLC, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff and DALE DELLAMONICA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DALE DELLAMONICA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 290, 1ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 29, 29A THROUGH 29J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
