NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 1, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 58-2008-CA-011533 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US Bank National association, (formerly known as, Wachovia Bank, N. A.), as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2005-14, Plaintiff and NEIL BASS, KATHI BASS, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasota.realforeclose.com / IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM , January 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block D, SUN HAVEN, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 88, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
