NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 013288 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY K. LITTLEWOOD; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN NELSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SHANNON GIBLIN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9th day of January 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
