Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, on January 6, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described herein:
LOT 19, REPLAT OF #2, OCEAN BEACH SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
