NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000521-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Series 2007-HE3 Trust, Plaintiff and Marcy Houston and Dennis Houston, Wife and Husband and Barbara Jacobs are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on January 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 87, OF THE CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
