THE WEST 500 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 1,107.00 FEET THEREOF, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
