NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 9, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-006452ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank NA as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2005-3 Trust, Plaintiff and Andrew Biengardo and Millie Price are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on January 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 27, LEXINGTON OAKS, VILLAGE 30, UNITS A AND B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
