NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 12, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-001371-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP., Plaintiff and Marie Linda Sosa a/k/a Linda Sosa are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on January 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK A, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1 - UNITS A AND B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
