AYALA; JEAN C. AYALA; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; OAK GROVE P.U.D. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
