Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 12, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Courts will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, Veal's Addition to the Towns of Elfers, Florida, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 47 of the Public Records of Pasco County Florida, Less and Except the following 10 foot road right-of-way:
The East 10 feet of Lots 1 through 6, Block 1, Veal's Addition of Elfers, Florida, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 47, Public Records of Pasco County Florida; more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, thence run North 89º29'30”West, 10.00 feet, thence due North 139.20 feet, thence South 89º29'30”East 10.00 feet along the North boundary line of said Lot 6 to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence due South 139.20 feet along the East boundary line of said Lots 1 through 6, to the Point of Beginning. Bearing meridian established from the East boundary line of said Lots 1 through 6. Bearing assumed to be due South.
And That portion of a 30 foot strip of land formerly a part of the Tampa & Gulf Coast Railroad roadway lying between the Westerly extension of the Northerly boundary of Lot 6, Block 1 and the Westerly extension of the Southerly boundary of Lot 1 Block 1, Veal's Addition to the Town of Elfers, Florida; as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 47 of the Public Records of Pasco County Florida.
including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on January 12, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via online sale at www.pasco.realforeclosure.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
