NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2010, and entered in Case No. 562009CA009979of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in and for ST. LUCIE County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC. F/K/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and FRED W. EVERS JR.; DAWN R. EVERS A/K/A DAWN EVERS; and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendant(s). Joseph E. Smith will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, sales are conducted at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00a.m on the 23rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23 IN BLOCK C OF NORTHWOOD UNIT 2A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 36 THROUGH 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
