NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA004599-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2005, GSAMP TRUST 2005-WMC3 is Plaintiff and DUNG LY; AND AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S); are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, BRIDGEWATER PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming in interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
