BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and PETER JAMMAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER JAMMAL N/K/A MISTY JAMMAL; BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATON, INC, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
