NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-7365 ES/J1 UCN: 512008CA007365XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-12 is Plaintiff and DAVID W. CUMBEE; MICHELLE CUMBEE A/K/A CAROL MICHELLE CUMBEE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PASCO COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; SANDRA E. THORNTON; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 662.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
