NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009507-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff and ROBERT PASARELA A/K/A ROBERT A PASARELA, MARGARET A. PASARELA, AUTUMN OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA et al; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 18TH day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 107 OF AUTUM OAKS UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 33-35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
