NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 13, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 2007-136-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, is the Plaintiff and YVONNE FORBES; LANCE PARKER; JULIET WAGSTAFF WASHINGTON; ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION D/B/A AAMES HOME LOAN; are are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
