notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010513 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), Plaintiff and Sandra Gangl are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on January 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 207, NAPLES KEEP, A CONDOINIUM, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1388, PAGES 2246 THROUGH 2318, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
