NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-018380-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and PIERRE PHELLPS ANTENOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PIERRE PHELLPS ANTENOR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 308, OF UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8032, PAGE 2865, AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
