THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2CB is Plaintiff and PHILIPPE DELACOLLETTE; MALGORZATA DELACOLLETTE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR RYLAND MORTGAGE COMPANY, AN OHIO CORPORATION.; CLUBSIDE POINTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
