WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT1 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1. is Plaintiff and EDWARD EBMEIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD EBMEIER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
