NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016306 DIV 40, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A6CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-F UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and THOMAS L. BELLOWS; JOYCE M. BELLOWS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; HIDDEN SPRINGS / ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, HIDDEN SPRINGS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
