NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038516-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and GERARDO A. BETANCOURT; PATRICIA BETANCOURT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CHICKASAW PLACE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, CHICKASAW PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 95 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
