DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and NADINE HOPKINS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; NADINE HOPKINS, TRUSTEE OF THE HOPKINS TRUST; STATE OF FLORDIA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, SUN VISTA WOODS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 83 AND 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
