NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-017996 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee On Behalf Of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc., Trust 2007-HE5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE5, is the Plaintiff and David Cirail, Roseline Cirail, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 26 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK 134, UNIT 11, NORTH 1/2, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
