NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed and entered in Case No. 36 2008 CA 053576 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein SOUTHTRUST MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and REMY SALUZ; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SOUTHTRUST BANK; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
