NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-70817 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee for Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Clement Malcolm a/k/a Clement V. Malcolm, Patsy Malcolm, Jane Doe n/k/a Lesley Fattorusso, John Doe n/k/a Gerald Harrington, Inpac Funding Corporation, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK 861, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 26, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 127, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
