NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-50035 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WCW3 , is the Plaintiff and Juan E. Castellanos, Unknown Spouse of Juan E. Castellanos n/k/a Daimarys Dequesada, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Florida at 9:00am on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 45, AND 46, IN BLOCK 4439, UNIT 63, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGES 48 THRU 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
