NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 4, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 362008CA0007270001CH, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-FRE1 is the Plaintiff, and, ODRIGE GARAT, JR.; ALIA S. GARAT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of January, 2012 on www.lee.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 2782, UNIT 40, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY,FLORIDA
