NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 12, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-053760, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, 2005-9 is the Plaintiff, and, LUKE J. GLADY'S A/K/A LUKE J. GLADYS; JANE DOE N/K/A WENDY GUADAGNO; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 2 day of July, 2012 on www.lee.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 3696, Unit 50, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to plat thereof, recorded in plat book 17, pages 155 to 162, inclusive of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
