ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and CARLOS ARAMAYO A/K/A CARLOS V. ARAMAYO; BLANCA ARAMAYO A/K/A B. ARAMAYO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP; TENANT #1; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
