NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 13, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-051426 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN P. RIVIEZZO; HEATHER RIVIEZZO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 9, BLOCK 15, UNIT 1, SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
