NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 14, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 07-CA-10796 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GS MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and KATE EYLER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATE EYLER N/K/A ANTHONY HRONCICH; HEATHERWOOD LAKES PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC. CAPE CORAL (PUD); are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
