HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-CW1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and YANDY VELANDO A/K/A YANDY VERANDO; MARITHA SURRIBAS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
