Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 20th day of August, 2010, in Civil Action No. 10-CA-055045, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6, are the Defendants, and PEDRO P. FLORES, et al., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 36, SHERWOOD AT THE CROSSROADS, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 4, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
