Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 24th day of September, 2010, in Civil Action No. 10-CA-052583, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ANNA MARIA WRIGHT A/K/A MARIA SZOT, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 109, SHERWOOD AT THE CROSSROADS, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 4, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
