NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed December 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-064781 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Rifet Bekanovic a/k/a Ricky R. Bekanovich are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, January 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 4538, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 44, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 113 TO 121, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
