NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclsoure Sale Date filed the 14 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-51041, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and BLANCA VICTORIA, UNKNOWN TENANT (S), AMARILYS VICTORIA and JESUS VICTORIA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK B, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS THE RE-SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS THE RESUBDIVISION OF THE EAST 1/2 OF ROSEMARY PARK NUMBER 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 32.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
