Final Judgment was awarded on November 6, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-024530, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC 2006-6 is the Plaintiff, and, ANDREW S. NAZARIO; JO ANN R. NAZARIO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 11, 2012, at 9:00 A.M. the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 23, 24 AND 25, BLOCK 2045, UNIT 31, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 140 TO 165, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
