Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 373, WINKLER 39, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 93 through 99, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Parcel I.D. Number: 04-45-25-P1-01100.3730
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 13, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
