NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 14, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-063336 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and CRYSTAL PARRY A/K/A CRYSTAL S. PARRY; JASON PROVINO; CYPRESS LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KRISTIN LEE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
