NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 13, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-013229 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S3, is the Plaintiff and FLOYD D. FOULK; ELIZABETH E. FOULK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 11 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
