NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reset Sale filed December 13, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-060979 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and SILVANIE VALIER, et al. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 12 day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT(S) 14, BLOCK D, THE PALMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 55, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
