NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 14 day of December, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-004579 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which SAN REMO AT PALMIRA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and D. JOLEA SPENCER, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 13 day of January, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 200, SAN REMO AT PALMIRA, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 56-68, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
