NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059868, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN REHN A/K/A STEPHEN J. REHN AKA STEPHAN REHN, YACHTSMANS COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MARY J. REHN A/K/A MARY JANE REHN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 611, BUILDING 6, YACHTMANS COVE CONDOMINIUM, UNIT II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1786, PAGE 2143, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
