NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-50842, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ADELAIDO MEDINA, FATIMA ANDRADE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADELAIDO MEDINA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1A, VEACH'S UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
THE SOUTH 101.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 606.00 FEET OF THE WEST 175.00 FEET OF LOT 13, BONITA FARMS NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27, SAID PROPERTY BEING LOCATED IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
