NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-50912, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DONALD A. NICHOLS JR., KATHYANN DEUTSCH and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 3067, UNIT 62, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 21 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
