NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-051316 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM W. PFEIFER A/K/A WILLIAM PFEIFER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 1610, UNIT 30, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 26 THROUGH 34, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
