NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36 2011 CA 052272 CH, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and MARCIA MARTOS A/K/A MARCIA MARTOS DELGADO; ANTONIO DELGADO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A; OAKWOOD OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 87, UNITS 11 AND 12, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
